Medal of Honor recipient Hershel “Woody” Williams, a hero of the Iconic Battle of Iwo Jima and inspiration to countless Americans, will be recognized. This prestigious medal and other items will be showcased for public viewing in his memory and to honor all who served. This is part of your daily admission ticket.

Drawn To Combat: Bill Mauldin & The Art of War

The exhibit highlights the active role that Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonist Bill Mauldin took in documenting and satirizing foreign and domestic military and political affairs throughout his career. Exhibit ends April 4, 2025.

The Museum & Library debuts the extraordinary Remembered Light stained-glass exhibit, a collection of twenty-five art pieces using glass shards collected from bombed-out European cathedrals, synagogues, and chapels during World War II by the late Frederick McDonald. Transcend back to the past and witness the stories of this historic era.
