The Museum & Library is excited to introduce digital membership cards as a benefit of membership! We hope these answers to common questions help you understand your new digital card.

FAQs
Q. What are digital membership Cards?
Starting on May 25, 2024, the Pritzker Military Museum & Library (PMML) now offers digital membership cards, which can be downloaded and saved to your smartphone. The advantage to going digital are:
- Never worry about forgetting your card.
- Easily accessible (never lose your card and pay for a replacement)
- Environmentally friendly
- Help reduce administration costs.
You will receive an email within a week of purchase with the link to download your card. Existing members will receive an email automatically on the launch date
Q. Will my spouse/partner/family member also receive a digital membership card? Yes, for memberships Individual Plus and above, each member will receive a unique digital membership card via email. If a membership has only one email address on record, then both digital membership cards will be sent to this email address. Members can then forward the email or use the share feature of the wallet app to ensure that their spouse/partner/family member receives their digital membership card.
Q. Can I update the email address(es) associated with my membership? Yes, you can update all your contact information by logging onto your account. You can also contact us via email at membership@pritzkermilitary.org. Please review and update your contact information regularly for any changes.
Adding the Digital Membership Card to Your Smart Phone and Android
Adding to iPhone
iPhones have a native app called Apple Wallet. Click the "Download Membership Card" button in the email you received on your iPhone, then "Add to Wallet," then "Add." Your digital membership card will automatically download to the Apple Wallet app.
To access the digital wallet, swipe down on your home screen to activate the Search function. Type "Wallet" into the search bar. Then, tap the Wallet icon that appears under the "Applications" header. From there, you will be able to access your digital card!
Add to Android
Android users need to download Google Wallet from Google Play. Open the email directly from your phone and tap on the "Download Membership Card" button. Then click on "add to Google Wallet." A preview will appear and you should click on "Save to Google Wallet."
In some cases, Google Wallet might ask you to log in so you can save it to an account. Please log in to continue (no credit card information should be required). The card will be saved to Google Wallet and you will be able to access it from the Google Wallet app at any moment.

Q. How will my reciprocal benefits work when visiting other museums?
Digital membership cards for Individual Plus, Family, and Founder’s Circle, list participation in the reciprocal programs as a benefit of the membership level. Simply show your digital membership card at the participating museum to receive free or reduced admission!
