Star Pinning Ceremony

Lieutenant General John H. Michaelis, U.S. Fifth Army commander, pins a second star on newly promoted Major General William Levine, with help from wife Leah, in May 1967. Levine was then commander of the U.S. Army Reserve 84th Division.
