SO2 (SEAL) Shapoor Ghane

Petty Officer Second Class (SEAL) Shapoor Ghane was killed after being hit by a live round during a close-combat training exercise at the Mid-South Institute of Self-Defense Shooting near Lake Cormorant, MS, on January 30, 2008. He was assigned to a West Coast based SEAL team.

In the days, months, and years following the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the United States, Navy SEALs have been called upon more so than ever to employ their unique set of skills in accomplishing our nation’s most dangerous and covert operations.
