Vietnamese Handout: Medical Phrases
This handout contains 74 translations, from English to Vietnamese, of phrases that would help a hospital corpsman like Jon Bayer provide care for an injured Vietnamese person.
It includes phrases that a corpsman would say directly to a patient, such as, “What is the matter with you?” or, “I would like to take some blood from you to test,” and phrases that would be used to communicate with other people involved with the care of the patient such as, “Take his blood pressure,” or, “Tie him down so he will not hurt himself.”
