Maj. Gen. Harry H. Bandholtz Collection

Bandholtz was an officer in the regular Army with service in the Philippines prior to World War I, during World War I with the 29th Division, and as the US representative to the Inter-Allied Supreme Command's Military Mission in Hungary in 1919-1920.

The Library is honored to have his large book collection, which contains works on the Philippines, the Spanish American War, and Army training manuals.  His papers are held by the University of Michigan's Bentley Historical Library.
