Rare Book Room
The library has more than 3,000 rare books and additional periodicals which do not circulate. These materials can be used in the Library's rare book reading room by appointment.
Military Reading Lists
These reading lists, curated by each of the branches of the U.S. military and the Joint Chiefs of Staff, provide service members with a guide to expand knowledge and develop innovative thinking.
General admission to the Museum & Library in Chicago is $5.00. The cost for seniors, students, and teachers with valid IDs is $3.00. Admission is free for members, children under 12, First Responders, and Active Military. General Admission to the Archives Center in Wisconsin is free.
